Although, tough times and lack of cash flow in the 90s did not stop the pioneering efforts of a passionate engineer. That engineer and a team of good friends with a goal to ensure that Technical Support Outsourcing was just a call away for business clients across the globe became Troubleline. Sharing the same passion and vision, the new promoters have been instrumental in making customer 0-passistance, a way of life at Troubleline.
